Public-record analysis. Not a courtroom.

What this site is

Got Receipts is a public-interest data project. Every trade, filing, and receipt shown here is drawn from publicly available government disclosures and regulatory filings — not private or non-public information.

Each receipt carries a signal score based on a weighted, published model that looks at timing, committee access, market movement, and disclosure behaviour. A signal score is a pattern indicator, not a legal finding.

What this site is not

· Not legal advice. Nothing here should be relied on as legal counsel.
· Not investment advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything.
· Not an allegation or finding of wrongdoing. A high signal score does not mean any law was broken.
· Not a substitute for professional judgment. Do your own research.

Accuracy and corrections

We rely on automated ingestion of public filings and do our best to normalise names, tickers, and dates correctly. Errors can happen. If you believe a receipt contains a factual error drawn from the underlying public-record data, or you have a takedown or correction request, contact emma@thearchitectlab.com and we will review it.

As-is

Got Receipts is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, or that every filing has been captured. Use of this site is at your own risk.

Public records only · Not investment advice · Not a legal finding · Just receipts, context, and the occasional raised eyebrow.
